Abstract

The curriculum reflects the author's methodology for developing managerial leadership and entrepreneurial abilities of elementary school students, which involves the development of students' activity, proactivity, initiative, the ability to generate new ideas and ignite them with other, creative abilities and logical thinking of schoolchildren; development of the abilities necessary for the students to accomplish goal-setting, forecasting, planning, decision-making, organization, management, coordination of joint work, control, correction of received results; development of a tendency to establish friendly relations, communicative skills, formation of skills in team work; formation of skills of working with text information; the formation of such features of character and personality traits as purposefulness, self-confidence, courage, determination, vigor, diligence, perseverance, diligence, independence, benevolence, attentiveness, sociability, discipline, etc.
