Abstract

The manual deals with the formation of a unified information environment of educational institutions, trends in the development of the education system in the direction of forming a unified information space and the development of IT competence of leading and pedagogical staff enlightened the structure of their professional activities. The main directions of use of information and communication technologies in the activity of heads of educational institutions are presented in order to increase their competitiveness against the background of low-tech education and ineffective management.
