Abstract

The article reveals the features of pedagogical counseling and consulting in modern educational activities in Poland. The specifics of the role of counseling is established, which applies to all persons who perform this function, regardless of the institution or department and determines the qualification criteria of the consultant on professional career issues. The role of pedagogical counseling and consulting in building a professional career during a person's life is defined.
