Abstract

A long way has been overcome by the methodology on occupational standards developing in Ukraine - from the unrecognized officially one, but acceptable to employers, to the one that fits to all parties (Order of the Ministry of Social Policy No. 74, January 22, 2018). Do the UK and Ukraine's professional standards have something in common and/or different? And what is the "recipe" of successful and already verified for decades occupational standard "a la British"?
