Abstract

The article analyzes the problems of managing the institutions of the regional system of general secondary education in conditions of decentralization. The essence of decentralized management has been clarified, one of which is that management functions are transferred from central government bodies to the closest damage to education customers. The urgency of introduction and development of decentralized management in the system of general secondary education is revealed. The analysis of the process of decentralization and its implementation in the management of educational institutions is carried out, which is actively developing as a result of the introduction of administrative reform and the creation of a new system of regional education management in the joint territorial communities. Conditions and possibilities of introduction of decentralized management in institutions of general secondary education are considered on the example of basic educational institutions as new educational systems.
