Abstract

In the theses it is said that for effective management of the OSHA system it is urgent to develop and modernize not only management forms, but also methods, technologies and management mechanisms. Also, it is necessary to gradually transform centralized state governance into democratically decentralized ones, using flexible, innovative management models in the OSH system, which provide for academic, organizational and financial autonomy, freedom with personalized responsibility for single decisions, transparency of individual and collective managerial decisions, requires justification on partnership democratic principles and implementation in practice work.
