Abstract

Under the influence of the dynamic globalization processes taking place in the world the education of adults as a component of education throughout life acquires transnational rice. Its development is determined by socio-economic transformations, the urgent needs of training, retraining and advanced training, professional improvement of various categories of adult population. Search ways to break the economic crisis necessitates the strengthening of professional human mobility in the system of continuous education - education throughout life
