Abstract

Under the conditions of modern educational changes an important role belongs to the management of the socially active school as an active social-pedagogical system, the school becomes an active part of a democratic society, democratic values are integrated into every aspect of school life and local community, a great deal of attention is paid to establishing partnerships between schools and all the resources available in the community, partnership development, and volunteering. Directors of educational establishments of Kyiv and Zhytomyr regions are convinced that educational institutions, especially gymnasiums, are the center of science, culture and education in the local community, the autonomy of a comprehensive educational establishment is understood as obtaining constitutional guarantees, real financial provision and the ability to dispose of and implement educational plans. life.
