Abstract

The theses indicate that public confidence in the government, in the conditions of the formation of a civil society of the digital era, is a significant factor in the modernization and effective governance through the power-information-society community. Information exchange between the state and the public becomes faster and more effective thanks to the Internet, modern Internet technologies and social networks.
