Abstract

In the terms o f the theory o f human capital urgent issues o f the development of continuing professional education, state policy implementation directed to the workforce training are considered. Contradictions and their reasons have been analyzed, scientifically grounded approaches to professional education upgrading have been suggested. A great attention is given to the importance o f prediction o f continuing professional education development, strengthening of forecast scientific research function.
