Abstract

In the context of human capital theories the problems of labour market development as well as interconnection of economic, social, psycho-pedagogical, andragogical, prognostic and other aspects have been considered. The methodological principles of pedagogy, labour psychology and psycho-pedagogy of labour are analyzed. The influence of human capital theories on labour pedagogy development as a pedagogical sub-discipline is exposed.
