Abstract

In the course of the study, it became clear that the essence and role are changing now the management system in education, especially under the influence of the universe - the new one an informational economy that marks transnational openness, mobility, communicative and flexible response to the challenges of the information society. The content of transformational processes in society, education and economy is mainly determined by the laws of formation of the information society. The most important components of the information society are connected with the increasing role of information processes, informatization, computerization, expansion of the scope of information, network, cloud technologies in various spheres of human life, in particular, management, public, educational, economic, etc.
