Abstract

The thesis says that the development of human capital, innovation, information resources, high technologies are directly dependent on the development of modern society in the country, as well as all highly developed countries of the world. In particular, the preservation of strong market positions of the country in the conditions of unstable conjuncture and fierce competition and its flourishing is possible if there is a cohort of professionals of leaders-leaders of high quality, including in the sphere of education.
