Abstract

The article substantiates the implementation of innovative technologies into the managerial activity of the head of the base educational institution; the content of effective management technologies and the scope of their application are disclosed; management technologies of business and economy are extrapolated in the management process of the base educational institutions in order to ensure its effectiveness. Management of base educational institutions should be innovative, covering the various activities of the entire management team and the community. Modern educational and managerial technologies must be effective in results and optimal in the expanses of time and resources. The management mechanisms are important in the process of implementation of innovative management technologies in the base educational institution: provision of conditions for innovative management activities (regulatory, organizational and managerial, social and psychological); intensification of innovative management processes through risk stimulation, support for initiatives, creation of an atmosphere of an innovative environment; ensuring systemicity, organization (phasing, procedurality) of managerial processes; optimization of information provision. The effectiveness of such mechanisms is determined by the ability of the head and other subjects of management to use purposefully organizational-administrative, organizational pedagogical, socio-psychological, financial-economic and economic methods. Therefore, it is important for the head of the base educational institution to have a thorough knowledge of managerial functions and numerous roles, innovative technologies of management and co-management, and constantly develop in a professional and personal dimension. The head of the base institution should think strategically, have his own vision of the innovative development of the base educational institution and be able to implement this vision in his management activities.
