Abstract

The speech is devoted to the consideration of individual psychological and pedagogical aspects of professional self-determination of the individual. It is emphasized that the effectiveness of the professional self-determination of the individual requires a systematic approach in solving the identified problem, the pedagogical leadership of this process, the appropriate training of teaching staff to him, taking into account the age and individual characteristics of the individual, taking into account the socio-economic conditions and the main need to improve the developmental efficiency of the pedagogical process.
