Abstract

The article substantiates the application in the educational institution of organizational-activity game (OAG) as a means of solving the problem of establishing the systemic activity of the school in the field of providing at labor upbringing of junior pupils. It is shown how the use of OAG in a psychologist's work with a pedagogical team ensures the intensive development of each participant in the game activity, enrichment with new knowledge, skills, skills, technologies, improvement of interaction of participants, expansion of their professional competence at region at labor upbringing of junior pupils
