Abstract

The article deals with the specific features of the analysis of postclassical personality in comparison with classical and non-classical ones. It is shown that the yearning for self-constructing is the basic modus of the contemporary person existence. This yearning is reproduced in the socio-psychological praxis. Day-to-day practices are identified as the modes of life-structuring which provide personal transformations. There are distinguished sociality, collectivity, conventionality, regularity, predictability, and stability as main characteristics of practices.
