Abstract

In the section of the collective monograph the model of formation of the communicative culture of future consultants of the educational sphere in the process of master's training on acmeological principles is presented. The essence and content of the communicative culture of future consultants in the field of education, the specifics of their activity, requirements for the professional activity of future educational consultants, defined in the state standards, under the conditions of the new educational paradigm are explored. The acme-oriented model of formation of this complex personal formation has been developed. The main components of the acme-oriented model of the formation of the communicative culture of future educational consultants are: the goal, the acmeological approach, the principles, the components of the communicative culture, the content of the preparation, the stages of the formation of the communicative culture of future educational counselors, the pedagogical conditions in which the process of forming a communicative culture becomes more effective, forms and methods; criteria and indicators, levels of formation, result, structural blocks.
