Abstract

The training as a progressive educational technology for the development of professional competence of managers of education is substantiated in the article. Conceptual approaches, features, functions and principles of the educational process are determined. On the basis of subject-subject interaction of teacher-coach and those who study, roles of teacher-coach, specific forms, methods and techniques of learning and managing of teaching process the creating of a learning environment for educational managers is considered. The ways of evaluating the results of training in the direct training of these professionals at the end of training and postponed are highlighted. The importance and feasibility of the introduction of this technology in postgraduate education system of educational managers specified.
