Abstract
This dissertation focuses on the analysis of the psychological peculiarities of modern paintings perception by students. The work contains theoretical justification, methodological principles and results of the experimental research of this problem. Grounding on analysis of leading theoretical approaches to the psychological understanding of perception in general, and particularly paintings perception, is defined that in studying of artistic perception to describe its psychological features it is necessary to take into consideration characteristics of a painting and individual-psychological features of perceptive. Paintings perception is considered as interaction of painting artistic features appraisal and personal creativity of perceptive. It is exposed, that painting artistic features display the artist’s cognitive operations in the image, recognition of which by perceptive is an important aspect of paintings perception. The research reveals psychological peculiarities of modern paintings artistic perception by students that shows its genesis. The program for activation of changes in paintings artistic perception by students is developed, the results of its application are presented.
