Abstract

The book reveals the solution of the issue of early psychological care for children with autism spectrum disorders. It substantiates the relevance of this issue, analyzes the experience of the formation of the early intervention system in other countries, as well as the domestic one. The psychological features of young children with autism are defined and ways of help are outlined. The influence of the family on the upbringing of an early child with autism is examined. A psychological model of early intervention for children with autism is proposed. Standards for the provision of early care for young children with autism spectrum disorders are given. The manual will be useful for specialists in the psychological and pedagogical profile, scientists and practitioners.
