Abstract

The article defines the factors influencing the civilizational transformations of the present on the national adult education system. The modern and perspective demands and requirements for educational services of its formal component are determined. It is established that the content of professional competences of a modern specialist is transformed and expanded. Formal education providers need to expand the opportunities and content of providing adult education services. Directions of work: changing the emphasis of the services from the formal document to the innovative knowledge and skills; taking into account the needs of the entire segment of the adult population in terms of satisfying educational and professional inquiries.
