Abstract

The proposed report presents the main achievements of the research work "Methodological regularities of the authenticity of specialists in socio-occupational professions formation". According to the results of the research, five main lines of investigation of the phenomenon of authenticity and its crisis identified. Тhe study of "authenticity" as a synonym of "I" in the context of psychology of self-awareness; identification of the phenomena of "authenticity" and "identity" (first of all, the authenticity of the personality); the analysis of "authenticity" as the "oneness" of the individual, its "identity" to itself; an explanation by referring to the category of "authentic way of being" and the disclosure of the phenomena of authenticity, identity and "I" as phenomena of discursive nature. The notion of identity of the individual as a multimodal construct is defined, which is a means of self-knowledge and a way of achieving the identity and stability of I in a dynamic society. Ukrainian versions of Authentic Leadership Questionnaires (ALI, L.L. Neider, C.A. Schriesheim), The Authenticity Scale, A.M. Wood, P.A. Linley and the AI-3 Authenticity Questionnaire (M.H. Kernis, B.M. Goldman) are translated and adapted. The model of the authenticity of specialists in socio-occupational professions was created. According to the results of the empirical study, it was found that professionals of socio-occupational professions are characterized by such a component of authenticity as "orientation on relationships", that is, openness and honesty in interaction with other people.
