Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of ensuring the quality of secondary education in Great Britain. The article deals with the interpretation of the term "quality education", the author determines the most effective mechanisms for its enforcement in Great Britain and makes recommendations regarding the using of positive experiences to improve the quality of school education in Ukraine.
