Abstract

The article presents theoretical and practical aspects of the formation of professional mobility in conditions of uncertainty. Readiness for uncertainty is considered as a positive potential that spreads ways to respond to the complexity of life, provides various opportunities for the development of personality, opens new meanings. The psychological factors of formation of professional mobility of teachers are considered: tolerance to uncertainty, readiness for innovative activity, development of the basic components of professional mobility: creativity, reflexivity, social-professional lability and over-normative professional activity.
