Abstract
The article considers the relevance of the development of cognitive flexibility as the basic personality skills, considers the neuropsychological peculiarities of cognitive flexibility, describes the problem of violations of cognitive flexibility, proposes a diagnosis for checking the condition of the belt system and recommendations for the development of cognitive flexibility of the individual.
