Abstract

The publication presents the structure of the educational and scientific program of training for Ph.D. students at the third educational-scientific level of higher education in the field 01 "Education / Pedagogy" on the specialty 011 "Educational, pedagogical sciences" "Pedagogical and Adult Education in Ukraine and Worldwide", which is being implemented at the Institute of Pedagogical and Adult Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine. The emphasis is on the following components: general characteristics, teaching style, program competencies and learning outcomes. The cycles of disciplines (general and professional training, selective disciplines), which provide professional and personal development of the future teacher-researcher in the scientific and educational academic environment, are presented. The publication is addressed to postgraduate students, doctoral students, researchers and educators in the field of pedagogical education and adult education.
