Abstract

The directions of improvement of educational process of professional development on the basis of differentiated approach taking into account androgogical principles of training and the models of innovative activity and structure of scientific and methodological competence of pedagogical workers of professional educational institutions are considered. Implementation of such an approach allows to systematically selecting the components and scientific and methodological support of the educational process at all stages of advanced training.
