Abstract

The manual outlines theoretical and methodological foundations and methodical approaches to solving the actual problem of preparing teachers for a spiritually oriented developmental interaction with students. Particular attention is paid to the axiological, motivational-semantic and emotional-volitional aspects of self-regulation of pedagogues in solving professional problems. Particular attention is paid to the ethical and methodological issues of psychological diagnosis of the readiness of the teaching staff for the development of the spiritual potential of youth, and a specific research toolkit is presented. The results of experimental work in this direction are also described, and psychological peculiarities of value, motivational-semantic and emotional-volitional self-regulation of modern teachers are described in solving problems of spiritual development of students. In the last section of the manual the specificity of the readiness of teachers to develop the spiritual potential of schoolchildren is disclosed, practical psychological developments are presented for improving the personal training of teachers for a spiritually oriented developmental interaction with students. The book may be useful to teachers, social educators, school psychologists, researchers, doctorates, postgraduates, high school lecturers, students, as well as adults who are interested in their own self-knowledge, spiritual self-development and professional self-realization.
