Abstract

The methodological recommendations summarize the concept of competence in education and describes the stages of development of a competent approach to the training of pedagogical staff of preschool institutions in the Federal Republic of Germany. Methodical recommendations have a practical orientation, can be used by faculty members of higher educational institutions of Ukraine, institutions of the system of continuous professional pedagogical education in the process of professional development of Ukrainian educators; postgraduate students, students, undergraduates of preschool pedagogy when studying the course "Comparative Pedagogy", "History of Preschool Pedagogy".
