Abstract
Thesis for Candidate’s Degree in Pedagogical Sciences in specialty 13.00.06 – Theory and Methods of Educational Management. – Bohdan Khmelnitsky National University at Cherkasy. – Cherkasy, 2016. Thesis is devoted to the problem of increase of efficiency of management of legal defense of intellectual activity results’ of scientifical and pedagogical workers of postgraduate pedagogical education. Normative legal providing and state of investigation of the problem of legal defense of intellectual activity results’ of scientifical and pedagogical workers of postgraduate pedagogical education in pedagogical science is analysed. The retrospective analysis of becoming of intellectual property is carried out as the result of intellectual and creative activity in different scientific schools; substantial signs of management of legal defense results’ of its activity are represented. It is scientifically substantiated and designed the system of management of legal defense of intellectual activity results’ of scientifical and pedagogical workers. It is represented organizational, legal and pedagogical conditions of its realization in establishments of postgraduate pedagogical education, and also management of legal culture formation of its workers. The structure of legal culture is characterized as an aggregate of motivationally-valued, imperatively-kognitive and activity-behavior components. It is specified the leksiko-semantic value of basic categories: «legal defense of intellectual activity results’ of scientifical and pedagogical workers» and «management of legal defense of intellectual activity results’ of scientifical and pedagogical workers». It is developed and represented in educational process of postgraduate pedagogical education establishments’ educational complex «Formation of scientifical and pedagogical workers readiness to defense the rights of intellectual property» and author program mean «Legal Office». The prospects of subsequent research are highlighted, in particular the question in relation to disposing of property rights on the objects of right of intellectual property, created with bringing in of budgetary facilities, including such, which touch the sphere of national safety and state defense which limits the influence of the state on efficiency of introduction of such objects in a civil appeal.
