Abstract

The emergence of cloud computing technologies has provoked the necessity of studying this scientific problem among educators. Cloud computing technologies are one of the main current trends that will influence the education process in the Netherlands for the next five years. The development of the IC competence of the teacher takes place in a cloud-based learning environment, taking into account its main principles, opportunities and benefits.
