Abstract
The monograph covers the conceptual principles of the functioning of polycultural education in the era of globalization, analyzes the tendencies of the general cultural development of the personality of the teacher in the historical and contemporary aspects. Particular attention is paid to the general cultural development of the personality of the teacher in the process of vocational training. The monograph is addressed to teachers and students of higher pedagogical educational institutions, students of the system of postgraduate education of teachers. It will be useful to all scholars who are studying the issues of polyclinics, graduate students and doctoral students who work in this field.
