Abstract
Methodical recommendations were developed in the course of the scientific research "Improving the scientific and methodological support of the psychological, medical and pedagogical consultations in the context of social integration of children with special educational needs", number of state registration 0117U000161. The editions contain detailed characteristics of psychological and pedagogical study of preschool and school children with different states of intellectual development, obtained by the results of a specially organized observation. The features of the flow of the process of performing experimental tasks are subjected to detailed comparative analysis, the most typical characteristics in the actions of children with typical development, mental retardation, intellectual development disorder that are indicators of their differences are singled out. These materials will facilitate readers' comprehension of the information they will receive during the study of the child and compilation of an integrated assessment of its development. Methodical recommendations are calculated for teachers of inclusive classes, specialists of inclusive-resource centers, practical psychologists of educational institutions, students - future correctional teachers.
