Abstract

The article is devoted to the professional development of newly qualified teachers in Ukraine in modern conditions, by optimizing the process. The key concept of "newly qualified teacher" is defined; professional stage of their adaptation to educational activities as fundamental one in professional development process is described. The influence of professional competence and pedagogical excellence on newly qualified teacher development in the early years of their independent educational activities is considered.
