Abstract
The author analyzes the organizational and pedagogical conditions of the staff development in German corporations (on example of the Volkswagen Group). For the analysis, two conditions are selected: material and technical equipment and software-content support. This article is intended for corporate training organizers, teachers and trainers of intra-firm training centers, corporate universities, academies, pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical staff of secondary specialized and higher educational institutions, institutions of postgraduate education, researchers, students who are interested in informal corporate education.
