Abstract

As an example of advanced training courses for guidance and pedagogical personnel of the air defense institutions, the use of open education and distance learning ideas for the development of the information and digital competence of the teacher of the New Ukrainian School is considered in the two-stage distance-learning form. The distance course is grounded as an interactive set of scientific and methodological and teaching materials and educational services created in a virtual learning environment for organizing distance learning based on ICT technologies.
