Abstract

The information environment is a part of socio-cultural reality, which influences the formation of the personality of a future specialist. In the process of formation of the informational and educational environment by means of network technologies a whole complex of educational, methodological, psychological and pedagogical, organizational, technical, technological, programmatic, socio-economic, normative and ergonomic problems, closely connected with each other, aimed at formation creative personality.
