Abstract
The school's educational information environment for today already includes electronic educational materials, electronic libraries, digital labs, electronic diaries and magazines; each school has a personal school site, an environment for e-learning, a portfolio of students and teachers, and so on. All these factors are taken into account when creating teaching and training programs for teachers in European countries. Thus, in the conclusions of the Council of the European Union and the representatives of the governments of the member states on improving the professional training of teachers, the emphasis is placed on the system of European pedagogical education that meets the needs of modern society in skilled personnel, it should become an integrated system and includes the following components: the selection system future teachers, certification of basic pedagogical education, introductory phase in the teaching profession, continuous professional development of teachers, the possibility to increase professional Validation, participate in the development of the school at the research level.
