Abstract
The presentation describes the UTOG directions of work at the beginning of the XXI century (creation of the ODT organization, the Board of Sing Interpreters, the Sign Language Laboratory), identifies the main task - elaborating the regulatory support for USL and presents the information and communication technologies using the USL in the social and educational spheres.
