Abstract

In the article the author reveals the essence of the concepts of «social partnership», its importance in the state and public administration secondary education; analyzed this concept in reference sources, legislative acts of Ukraine. The author reviewed the scientific research, which highlights the social partnership and its different definitions; focused role of the state as a special partner, which aims to provide legislative and regulatory conditions for changes in the development of the country, every community, every organization and support public initiatives, which, in fact, is based partnership. The author focuses on creating conditions for the development of social partnership (to wear especially innovative) public authorities and public structures are examples of national models of social partnership countries and national practice; reveals certain features of public-public cooperation and social partnership in general schools, and drawn attention to the works of Sukhomlynsky in which the teacher emphasizes that moral core personality fitted so that it requires constant activity tends to be included in public and moral relations, which manifested its integrity.
