Abstract

The article deals with principles of modern educational management. The author identifies specific principles how to manage the system of educational activities in out-of-school educational institution, despite the fact that the main principle of the educational process is to focus on personal development. The peculiarities of modern educational management of educational activity in out-of-school educational institution involve general principles and regularities of educational process. They are the basis to determine the requirements for the management of educational system in out-of-school educational institutions such as: compliance of management system with educational objectives, features, directions of institution; systematic approach to manage the institution; optimal combination of centralization and decentralization of staff management; a proportional combination of a set of subsystems and elements of management system of the institution’s personnel. Moreover, there should be proportionality between production and management in all parts and at all levels of management that will ensure highly effective activities of out-of-school educational institution through the planning of rational distribution of technical, educational, economic inter-sectoral activities of the institution in order to provide the rhythmic work of out-of-school educational institution. Managers should learn the essence of the laws and the ways of their practical implementation for effective management of educational activities in out-of-school educational institution. Therefore, these theoretical categories should be acquired during post-graduate training, as well as through self-education.
