Abstract

The article deals with the problem of implementation of axiological approach in the educational process of an out-of-school educational institution. The author emphasizes that axiological approach is the most effective means to improve the educational content and methods. They, in turn, contribute to the formation of students’ values as ways of self-knowledge and self-realization in various types of creative activity. The author’s educational programs for out-of-school education provide an efficient solution to the problem of the formation of patriotism as a value in the clubs of decorative and applied art of out-of-school educational institutions.
