Abstract

The problem of the effectiveness of the introduction of any information system, including the electronic document management system, primarily depends on its quality indicators, which must meet the standards. These standards categorize the attributes of the system's quality for 6 characteristics: functionality, reliability, practicality, efficiency, escort, mobility. Characteristics are divided into subcharacteristics that are evaluated using internal or external metrics. Based on the principal capabilities of their measurement, all characteristics are grouped into three groups: categorical, descriptive, quantitative and qualitative. Consequently, there is a formalized device that allows to evaluate the quality of the electronic document flow system and predict the effectiveness of its implementation.
