Abstract

In the article, the retrospective of the development of management subdivision in the organigram of the Institute of Pedagogy since its foundation is considered. In personalia, the staff is represented; the areas of research activities, considered issues, research problems and practical results are provided. The achievement and the contribution of scholars and research teams to the development of school teaching and the theory of school internal management based on the management paradigm and the objectives of the education system in the country is analyzed on the basis of the study and the analysis of archival materials of the Ukrainian Research Institute of Pedagogy, the papers of local scholars and researchers.
