Abstract

In the article different approaches to the term of professional orientation of the personality of the teacher are being considered. Components and constituents of the orientation of personality are described. The data of experiment, showing significance for school teachers of pre-school educational institutions of some aspects pedagogical activity (propensity to organizational activity, focus on the subject), their needs for communication, approval, as well as the significance of the intelligence of their behavior.
