Abstract
The collection of scientific articles covers theoretical and methodological foundations vocational education and training development: reduce reasons are analysed, mechanisms for renewing VET prestige are grounded, the role of cultural paradigm in the formation of a new model of education is shown, macroeconomic factors influencing the professional career development for students and the youth are described, modern career guidance directions for vocational schools are represented. The methodical principles for professional training of future specialists for different branches of economy and service sectors are presented. Certain directions of pedagogical workers professional training for national system of vocational education and training are outlined. Foreign aspects of vocational education and training development are shown: VET development principles in the EU countries, Ukraine’s and Poland’s universities cooperation, German experience on the issues of Bachelors education managing and delivery. The historical training aspects for domestic culturologists and specialists on rural green tourism development are highlighted. For scientists, scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical workers of universities, vocational schools, structural units of enterprises, institutes of postgraduate pedagogical education, educational (scientific)-methodical centres of vocational education and training, postgraduate students, doctoral students.
