Abstract

In people who have experienced complex life trials, in the future, you can notice anxiety, unmotivated fears, depression, tension, tearfulness and aggression. At moments of actualization of such strong feelings, clients can not always explain what is happening to them. We can observe in them non-specific reactions of the body - fading, tingling muscles, shaking from touch, anger or screams, as a reaction to bodily contact with another person. Working for a long time with internally displaced persons and ATO warriors, we have developed a technique that helps to relax, develops agility, concentration, circulation of hands (especially important for physical rehabilitation of craniocerebral and locomotor injuries) and a sense of color. It was based on the technique of creating mandalas from the culture of North American Indians, who created sand compositions for healing because they believed that their creation contributed to the harmonization of the relations of the inner Self with the outside world.
