Abstract

The article is devoted to the elucidation of the principles of professional competence development system of heads of departments in enterprises of communication (on example of heads of Sales and Customer Service departments) as basic requirements that define the general direction of the educational process, its goals, contents and methods of organization, compliance with which enables to effectively solve the problem of professional development of personnel. It is presented the algorithm of analysis of such scientific principles, which includes methods of theoretical analysis, identifying patterns of professional activity, justifying specific principles of formation of the system of professional competence. It was found that principles of development of professional competence of heads of departments of enterprises of communication should be: the principle of consistency, complexity, scientific, context based and value based principle, assurance of duplication of knowledge, principle of development of individual paths of professional growth, multi functionality, continuity of professional development, using the model of competence, diversification of forms and methods of pedagogical influence, quality and performance assurance y of pedagogical influence, providing support of personnel in the workplace, use of forms and technologies of informal learning. The revealed principles should be scientific basis of creation the professional competence development system of heads of departments in enterprises of communication that enables its efficiency, effectiveness, relevance to the enterprises’ strategies, assures high level of motivation to continuous professional development, creates the relevant learning environment, enables quick and effective duplication of knowledge within enterprises. Revealed principles should influence the process of setting the pedagogical goals of professional development, creation the content of both e-learning courses and face-to-face trainings and workshops, choose methods and technologies of pedagogical influence through the process of professional development, development the algorithms of assessment of progress in professional development.
