Abstract
The necessity of development of law enforcement officers' psychological autonomy is determined. There are a number of factors that affects negatively law enforcement officers' psychological states leading to distortions in development of their psychological autonomy. Psychological autonomy should be developed no on the base of egoistic values, but with moral choice.
